Honestly, this is the best apartment I have rented and I really can't say enough good things about. it. Lets start with the staff. They are all incredible. From day one everyone was courteous, hard-working, and respectful. I cannot imagine how any other reviewers could have anything bad to say about anyone who works here, unless the there was a major turnover in the staff prior to my moving in a few months ago. Every problem I have had has been adressed promptly and has been handled very well. The staff obviously take their jobs seriously and are comitted to providing a high level of service for their clients, all the way down to remembering your name and greeting personally whenever they see you. There is also 24 hour security and package pick up, which is a major plus if you have a crazy work schedule like me (surgeon). The grounds are similarly amazing. It is one of the few apartment buildings in cleveland that takes advantage of the lakefront. The west facing apartments (which is where I live and the only ones I have seen) are literally situated about 6 or 10 feet back from the shoreline of the harbor and thus have an absolutely spectacular view of the sunset every night. It is so nice to come home and look out at sailboats drifting by and the sun setting into lake erie, it is extremely relaxing. The apartments are spacious and studrily built. I can only speak for my unit, but the floor plan is very convenient and logically arranged. The amenities are very good, including dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker fridge, and washer/dryer stack. The kitchen is spacious and openly communicates with the living room, which I think is nice. The windows are enormous to take advantage of the view. If I had one gripe it would be that the fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom kind of need an update, at least in my unit. However, they are acceptable, well maintained, and sturdy, so it isn't really a major problem overall. The parking and ancillary amenities are great. There is heated indoor parking available (but for kind of a steep price) and plenty of free outdoor parking. There is a well appointed fitness center, a meeting/work room, and a party room for rent. Also, there is a swimming pool right on the lake side that is in wonderfull condition, clean, and very well maintained. When you combine that with numerous grills and a picknic area right on the lakeside, it makes for an excellent community with the ability to enjoy your living space inside and out. Lastly, the people in this building are great, very neighborly. If you move here you will easily be able to make fast friends with multiple people if you want to. My fiancee, dog, and I just love it here; and you will too! There is no better place to live in Cleveland for my money (and I've been renting here for going on 7 years). Come join us!
