My family and I have lived here for over 3 years and up till recently things have been great. We have been dealing with bedbugs for month's now with no clear treatment plan from management. We have complied with prep when given plenty of notice but the pest control company refused to treat, because of this our extended family does not want us to visit for the holidays. Also back in the summer time our car was broken into and management did not follow up with the police or us is in a timely manner. The only bright spot is the leasing agent and Mervin tje head maintenance. I wish we had better laundry facilities and a community room.

I have been in touch with the maintenance team and the exterminator and can assure you that this issue will be resolved.
We are also sorry to hear that your car was broken into. We will review the cameras once again and see if there is anything further we can do.
