I've lived here almost 2.5 years, and overall it's been a very positive experience. It's easily the nicest place I've ever lived, but it's pretty expensive for someone just out of college. My townhouse has recently been renovated, and all of the kitchen appliances seem almost new, which is very nice. The kitchen is spacious, with loads of counterspace, a huge plus. The sinks and drains clog pretty regularly, but maintenance is pretty quick to fix them. Some of the maintenance staff are much better at their job than others, but they've all solved the problems I've had. The parking is open, huge, and easily one of the nicest things about living here. There are always spaces, even if you invite over tons of people. Also, I can't say I have any complaints about noise. I share a wall with another unit, and I can't hear anything except maybe the shower running sometimes. The community is immaculately groomed, and the pools are nice. There are a lot of families, so sometimes kids are running around, but in my experience it has not been an issue in the slightest. My biggest issue has been with the laundry facilities, which have machines that break very frequently. Whether they just stop working, or stop accepting your card, or what have you, there is always at least one machine out of order at a time. They're provided by a third party, and they almost never fix anything in a timely manner, and some machines have been broken for months. Also, I know for a fact that the quality of the units is all over the place. The townhomes are way nicer than the apartments, and I know other people in the 1 and 2 bedrooms that look like their places haven't been renovated since the complex was built, so make sure you tour your actual unit before you sign a lease. Also, the rent did increase for seemingly no reason, and if you switch to a shorter lease, they charge you more per lease term, even if you've already lived there for a year, which I found out the hard way. I would keep living here if my new job wasn't so far away and this place was less expensive.
