Way overpriced for what they are: 70's apartments that have been minimally - and cheaply - upgraded. NO space in the kitchen. Appliances are crap. Blinds are the cheapest, thinnest, crappiest blinds available. Furnace is noisy. Heating and cooling uneven and expensive. Flooring is pathetic. Bathroom is a laugh. The bathtub is beyond gross. Cars get broken into. Storage units get broken into. "Maintenance" guys are, well, either lazy or not knowledgeable. If these had a top price of $750, you'd put up with the poor quality and chalk it up to getting what you pay for. But my base rent is under $1,000//month and regularly increases to $1200-1300 with all the additions. DO NOT RENT HERE.
