Madison Park has its ups and downs. If you live in a building that isn't on the tracks then the trains are a faint humming sound and they definitely don't wake me up in the night. The apartment is what they tell you, new modern look and marble in the bathroom. The first week we moved in the washer flooded the whole apartment due to a defect in the plumbing and they fixed it right away, and hired a crew to come clean and dry the carpets and check the walls for water. The maintenance crew was awesome! Quick and professional. I personally love the staff, especially Geena/Jeana or however you spell it. Only downside is the parking, sometimes there aren't enough spaces and we have to invent our own parking places. However, if that's a huge deal then you can rent a garage, personally I could care less. Also, drive slow around the mailboxes or else you are facing a head on collision, but it hasn't happened yet! The apartment itself provides PLENTY of storage if you opt out of the garage: a semi walk in coat closet, a walk in closet in the bedroom, and shelves above the washer and dryer. I definitely recommend the apartments that aren't on the tracks! Hopefully we stay here another year!
