Packages Stolen and Loud

It's decent, but expensive, the people are generally friendly and kind. There are a lot of dogs here thought, which means the grass around the apartment is always dead. I like the proximity to the trail though

Nice apartment but definitely in need of better management and cleaning staff. The front office staff is not very friendly or accessible, and the common areas (elevators, hallways, etc.) are frequently very dirty to the point of smelling bad.

I live in the annex building and the grounds seem to be less clean than the main buildings. The gates don't shut properly and the leaves pile up frequently- therefore the parking lot can't drain properly because of it.

You never salt or plow the parking lot. Also ignore maintenance requests. Pools nice tho. Why would you require 200 characters? Another terrible oversight that demonstrates your poor property management

I've liked everything so far, amenities have all been nice and our apartment hasn't had any issues. I like that the complex feels safe and I'm very excited for it to get warmer so I can start using the pool

Management is not very good, hallway usually remains uncleaned for a couple of days. Snow was not removed timely compared to other nearby properties. Not very cautious during covid in terms of mask wearing.

Horrible place everything is dirty, elevator smells horrible all the time, trash everywhere, hard to find parking spots, when it's cold the door doesn't open.... management people bad beside one person

I really enjoy the community here. All of the residents are friendly and the staff has been great recently. The apartments are in a great location and have very nice amenities. The community is also super pet friendly
