Love the area and its proximity to OSU medical complex and nightlife in the Arena district. Community is very cozy and I definitely feel safe. Actual townhouse is OK for an apartment, there's a very retro feel. Kitchen and staircase are open, which were attractive selling points. One cosmetic turnoff is wood ceiling beams (non-structural) and wood accents throughout the apartment - a very retro and (I think) cheap/tacky design. Rental office is great and helpful, grounds and repairs are handled efficiently. Wheeler Park behind community is great if you own a dog.

Walls do seem to be thin, but not as bad as the other review makes it out to be. The unfinished half basement (extra $50 per month - basically storage ONLY) is extremely sound transient. Living areas such as bedrooms and kitchen/living room are adequately sound insulated, but televisions can be heard (although this is only from one neighbor...)

All in all, a great place to live if you are a simple person looking for a safe, clean apartment is a great location.
