I've lived here for about 3 years now and I love everything about these apartments. The place is run by a great staff and they treat you like family. The property manager Chris will take care of whatever you need. I've never had to wait long after submitting a maintenance request and it was always done up to the highest standards. The location of the property is extremely nice. The amenities are fantastic from things like in unit washer/drier, garage and the pool is awesome and maintained extremely well. It does mean that it might close for a day sometimes, but I'd rather have a clean pool and miss out on a day than the alternative. It's near a lot of shopping/restaurants, metroparks (including the ski resorts in the area) and not too far of a drive from Cleveland. I've never had any issues with safety and I'm out walking around in the evenings when the weather is nice.
