I lived at Brookledge for two years; I have been gone two weeks, and miss it terribly! I owe Tricia, the property manager, a debt of gratitude for everything she has done for me over the past two years. She is professional, accommodating, very understanding - and she can throw quite the block party! Residents are always her number one priority; keeping us updated on the buildings' scheduled and routine maintenance is always of importance to her. Resident newsletters are provided regularly, informing the tenants of interesting information and things going on within the community, resident gatherings (pie socials and block parties) are held providing opportunities to meet your neighbors and Brookledge staff to socialize and relax for a while, resident kickbacks, etc. Anytime I had an issue or a question, Tricia's response was timely - almost always the same day, and there was always a solution provided! The buildings and grounds were always clean, and maintenaced regularly ie: snow removal, weekly mowing, yearly exterior power washing and mulching, etc. I never worried about my safety at Brookledge. The buildings were always well-lite in all areas (interior and exterior), the automatic locking mechanism of the main entrance way and garage doors made me feel very safe and secure. The maintenance staff are quick to respond, and are mindful of your space and privacy. They were trustworthy, and I never questioned them being in my home while I was not there. I loved my unit, spacious and open, beautiful fixtures and appliances. I like having my peace and quiet, and other than an occasional front door closing, I never heard my neighbors. The location is wonderful, being close to my work, the festival site in downtown Cuyahoga Falls, the shopping and eateries at Chapel Hill. I truly enjoyed living at Brookledge, it was quick to become "home" and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I would live there again, absolutely!!
