My fiance and I just moved into our apartment this week, so I haven't had any experience with maintenance yet, but my experience with the front office staff was exceptional. Stephanie, one of the leasing agents, was extremely helpful, always willing to answer my endless questions and never pressured us during the apartment search process unlike other locations we looked at. When we moved in, our apartment was clean and working for the most part. One of the reasons we picked these apartments was the security door and call buttons, but unfortunately ours is disabled, but I am hopeful it will be fixed soon. We are excited to get to know more about Chesapeake Landing.
