this is the previous manager (03-08) and i can tell you firsthand lakeshore was alot worse when we took over.we brought the place from grossing 20,000 to 31,000 a month in less than 6 months. we were told after a year or so they would sell the place, then we were told they had to wait till 08 cause they would lose money.regardless of everything they did not sell and got rid of us cause we were overpaid, they brought someone in cheaper. when we first took over the place it was over run with druggies and alcoholics. i did my best to clean it up, whatever it took late night hours watching the property,strongarm tactics, all we tried to do was make it a better and safer place to live. i guess my point in writing this is saying we busted our butts for a long time and all i am hearing is that we didnt do crap but collect a paycheck. i will be the first to admit i slacked off work cause of the way the owner treated us. but i will be damned if all the blame lies with me.we put alot of work into that place and when i fixed something i did it right, i did not rig stuff. if greg and holly are doing good then great but whoever is saying crap about past management needs to exclude us from their story telling. at least now the owner is allowing money to be put back into the property instead of being tight wads. the long time residents know what we did and what we had to put up with. i just dont appreciate being dogged by people that have no clue what they are talking about, yes this includes the new pill popping manager greg and the bipolar witch holly. i wish the best to you all there at lakeshore but just keep our names out of your mouth. i would give specifics but why, what good would it do. i will say they should drug test management.
