We regret resigning our lease at this community. The neighbors are loud and the office doesn't do anything about it, other than tell you to call CPD, what a waste of our public resources, or they will brush it off and say, "well, it is apartment living" apparently they forget the RTQE. The trash compactor area is always gross and people just leave their bags on the ramp, the grounds used to look nice but no more, at certain points in the neighborhood its practically all mud and no one is addressing that, in addition multiple flooded areas after it rains/snows due to poor drainage systems, there is also a pile of dead bushes that have been hanging around for nearly a year at this point. The electric bills skyrocketed after the 3rd change in providers since being here, and they stripped amenities away for a good portion during COVID, funny how those are built into our rental payment but we couldn't enjoy them nor did we get a credit on our rental amount because of it. The neighborhood is not safe, cars drive through it like they are in nascar, they put "speed limit" signs up to "combat" it, what they should have done was put in speed bumps. Cars get broken into weekly and no one can do anything about, how about decoy camera's?? We are pet owners and are actually disgusted by the mass amounts of dog poop every where, makes it so difficult for our dog to find a spot because every two steps theres a pile. We are counting down the days until we get to move out!

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you feel you are having a negative experience with us. If you are experiencing issues with our trash compactor please report this to the office immediately and we are happy to address the issue quickly. Our maintenance team takes pride in the appearance of our community. The safety of our residents is our top priority and because of this we closed all of our amenities until we were sure we could safely re-open. Once we received directive from the health department and the state we were happy to safely re-open our ammenities and provide our residents with as much comfort as we could during these unprecedented times. Please contact the office at your earliest convenience so that we can address any outstanding issues you may have. Thank you.
