The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello! I'm sorry that you are disappointed with the OM Fitness Center - we usually get lots of compliments on how big it is with all the cardio machines with individual TV, TRX machine, Smith machine, two bench presses and free weights up to 100 lbs - plus the studio with free fitness classes. We try to stay on top of the snow and ice removal - our snow removal company was out the past three days that we had those icy conditions. It can become a struggle when things melt and then re-freeze in between. If you are experiencing icy patches on the sidewalks, please let our office know so we can send maintenance back over with salt to get that taken care of. Hello! Thank you for your feedback - especially pointing out some issues such as painting quality so we can address that with our vendors. While in apartment living, it is expected that neighbors might be heard, but we want everyone to be happy and comfortable in their home - so if a neighbor's dog is becoming too disturbing we are more than happy to address that issue in hopes of some improvement for you. If you are having any maintenance issues with the outlets still, please let us know and we will be sure to get maintenance over right away to see what the issue is! Paddock Management
Hey there! We're so happy to hear that you enjoy your apartment at Paddock! Pet waste is always a struggle, even with the numerous pet waste stations in the community, but we try to stay on top of problem areas - our grounds staff does pick it up when owners have not.
