very overpriced compared to like units around a 3 mile radius. cheap construction, undersized furnace- can't even feel the heat at the garage door(down draft) or the 3rd bedroom, over the garage. pipes click, clack and bang as water runs thru, from a toilet flush to running the shower. dogs a plenty and poop everywhere. neighbor had 2 dogs that had a litter of 8 then moved out and carpet was not changed as there was several dark spots visible. you can imagine the smell.. dishwasher is a joke, hand wash if you want clean. 'frig sounds like a WWII plane as it cycles every 15 minutes, ice maker bangs as it fills. SS kit. sink has rust on it, vinyl floors peeling up seams are in the middle of the walk area. ever kit. appliance has a dent on it, cabinets are paper over pressed board, every door sags. now this was a "new never lived in unit " except for the month to month corporate housing which in the 9 months before we moved in amounted to 6 tenants. cars with 1-2 year old expired tags in lots. corporate housing is the worst as units fill and empty daily, roofers, truckers and transients. lot never cleaned in winter, 2 days after the last big snow the T&R property 5 Seasons landscape co. drove thru, just drove thru, nothing done. in the summer grass cutting is from sun up till sun down, grass clippings everywhere, workers blow off sidewalks and drives "toward" the doors. the front office has been thru so many agents and managers, i can't count now with a "temp T&R company employee as manager". do yourself a favor and keep looking, we are moving within6 months to a larger 8 year old property that is 300 less and in better shape.
