My parents lived here about 10-13 years ago in different units. They only had maybe one or two issues while living here. It was also under different management. We signed an 18 month lease. BIGGEST mistake! It has been pure hell since we have moved in. Day 1 kitchen faucet leaked, Wiley " fixed" it. Still leaked. Called again Jameson " fixed" it. AGAIN was leaking FINALLY Jameson installed a new faucet. So 3 times in less than a month with just that 1 problem. Heating element has went out twice, Bathroom floor and shower were caving in. Toilet tank was cracked.Had to call several times just to get screens put in my windows. Light switch took 3 weeks to fix. Doors don't fit right( don't close properly) without lifting to get it to close.Parking has been hell. What's the purpose of having parking permits when no one follows them. Trash every where. Stray cats are EVERYWHERE! And NOW my AC went out. Wiley comes down to tell me it's got air flow but no cold air.....Why else would I have called you?! So I called Angel and she said she would call me back after talking to Wiley and NEVER received a phone call. ALSO, I've had an issue with my fridge. It was switched out and BOTH leak. I've had to throw out food several times! This place is a joke. DON'T rent from here! Unless you want constant headaches and stress. I would 3rd shift and Angel knows that, but she seems to want to sent people down here to " fix" things in the evening while we are sleeping! That's a big fat no! And NO I never give them permission to enter unless we are home. I don't trust Angel or Wiley. Not to mention in the 15month we have been here there is only 1 original neighbor. Couldn't imagine why EVERYONE is moving! DON'T RENT FROM UNIVERSITY WOODS! Landscaping is a joke too. It's overgrown, beds haven't been mulched in 2 years. There was a crew doing the landscaping now it's down to one guy. Wonder where the money is going to pay for a crew but only have 1 guy doing it.This place gets zero stars IMO. It's gone downhill. Angel HATES to spend money to have things fixed properly. Too bad the property owners don't know what all is going on here.
