Greenbrier Apartments are one of the very few complexes that allow dogs. There are breed restrictions, such as pit bulls and rottweilers, but I have seen both breeds on premises.
The pet area to walk the dogs is not maintained at all. Poop bags and garbage facilities are provided as long as you walk up the small, muddy hill to reach it. The field just next to it floods and it is always gross. There is always tons of poop so it seems almost silly to even pick your dogs' poop up.
There is a very large yard and fence line that would be a great place to walk your dogs, but they do not allow that. Nonetheless, people let their dogs go out there constantly.
Noise is not usually an issue unless you get unlucky with neighbors. I currently have neighbors who like to smoke inside, a LOT and they are also very loud and have a lot of people coming and going.
There are a ton of apartments and it's hard to get things fixed right away. The people who work here are nice but seem to be overwhelmed. The landlady is hard to reach.
