I'm not sure whether this place has been a good decision or not. Before I even moved in, the management staff had pissed me off almost to the point of not even moving in. One lady in particular has a nasty attitude and dry tone that I can't take.

Besides that, the apartments look okay. The windows need replaced. You can be sitting by the window and actually FEEL the air coming in. It's pretty bad. My temperature is never consistent. The windows need replaced and the kitchen needs updated in the next couple of years. The bedroom and closet is spacious and the bathroom is nice. My neighbors can get loud and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the hallway. I've heard people watching porn, singing, yelling...etc.

The pro's would be the amenities...free Wi-Fi cafe, the fitness center, the pools, lighted tennis courts. The apartments look nice on the outside. They also have a vehicle policy...no rust, dents, chipped paint, broken lights, etc...which gets out of hand. They patrol around like rent-a-cops looking to put little "warnings" on people's windshields. It's pretty pathetic. The whole point is that they are afraid that old, damaged cars might deter away potential business. I could agree, but as I said, it's really out of hand.

Once my lease is up and I have money saved up, I really see myself getting out of there as soon as I can. It's not a bad place to live, but in my opinion, there are way better options for the price.
