Dated apartments. Maintenance issues were addressed, and repaired in the cheapest way possible. Constant turn over of office staff. Had issues initially with lost security deposit payment, due to turn over, that I was responsible for correcting. Staff insisted I drive to bank and provide hard copy proof that I had indeed paid security deposit. Upon end of lease, no effort was made to reimburse said security deposit. After multiple calls to leasing office that have gone unanswered, was forced to file formal complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office.
