The apartment is fine, but keep in mind this complex is actually in the city of Hamilton Proper by literally 100 feet. The city of Hamilton has a small finger that wraps around and up to include this area so they could collect the tax from the Airport. The heights down the street is in Fairfield Township as well a good chunk of Knollwood Crossing. What does that mean? Well for one you have to pay 2% of your income to the city of Hamilton in taxes also you don't get the benefit of the Fairfild School District if you have kids. I don't go to Hamilton like ever so I don't even drive on their roads but for the two feet to get out of the complex nor do I have kids in school yet so I'm a bit peeowed about having to pay tax their also the fact that the complex does not advertise this up front, notice they don't advertise the school district in any of their online ad's on sites like rent.com.
