There have been improvements made to the apartments in recent years. It is a quiet area. Very handy to major highways. Work requests are answered quickly. There are many grocery stores in the area along with schools. The Greene complex is nearby.

I've been here for 7 years and it's a quiet place. It's a convenient location with access to The Green Shopping Center, a park, great schools and Kettering Recreation Center. Also, easy access to I-675 is a plus!

Great experience so far. Staff is awesome and seems to really care about their tenants. My unit was very clean and in good order. Only minor move-in issues like not having a backdoor key, tip of blind wand broken, and screendoor is off-track.

So far it seems very nice, no noisy neighbors, everyone is super friendly and it's in a great location. I'm super excited to try out the walking trails in the back and the pool when it opens. The fitness center is also a big plus!

Great location (you can walk to the greene which has alot of entertainment), however rentals are small. There is no storage, we had to give away a couch that was too big for the living area. Kitchen is small and little storage for kitchenware.
