This review is long overdue but I feel its necessary to inform prospective tenants. I toured the property more than a year ago and it seemed great for the price and the office staff was very friendly. After seeing a unit I gave a deposit of $100.00 and paid the application fee. I was approved but since I was looking a couple months in advance my deposit wasn't holding a specific unit. After reading the reviews on this site I has second thoughts and contacted the property within 24 hours of my tour and told them I was no longer interested. I understand that the application fee was non refundable and a deposit would be as well, but my deposit wasn't holding a unit at all and I was told to contact the corporate office. I spoke to Paul Williams and he tried to convince me to rent at one of his properties. I told him if it wasn't holding a unit his company shouldn't keep it. Needless to say he told me that it was non refundable. I feel that it was unprofessional and down right WRONG! I was told that it could be used at any one of their properties. I understand how business works but I feel I was taken advantage of and that rendered my decision to never rent from their company. I hope the $100 was worth losing what years of leasing a unit would have brought to AZ Management.
