The apartment manager and the female owner are extremely rude and unfriendly. The only employee of the apartment place that was friendly was one of the repairmen - Dean. The other repairman is very rude. Besides Dean, the staff and owners are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. After dealing with these people for a year - we were looking for a new apartment and they gave us horrible references. When the apartment people would contact the manager of American Village - she was very defensive, uncooperative, and rude. One of the places we looked into said, " She was as mean as a rattle snake." This is a direct quote. So, I HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE rent from here!
