American Village Apartments

I have lived at American Village for several years and I don't think you can find a better apartment for the price and location. I really like the floorplan for these apartments, they are set up more like a house than an apartment, and there are only four units per building. This is a very quiet community during the day or at night; the 9 to 5 folks won't have a problem getting their rest at night, and the graveyard shift(myself included) can get some rest during the day. Thankfully these apartments came under new ownership and management about 2 years after I moved here, and they have done many things to improve the community. I'm glad that we have a manager that can deal with the occasional rotten apple, the previous manager didn't have a clue and probably would have ended up with a complex full of rotten apples since they would have driven all the good tenants away(myself included). We have two maintenance men that do an amazing job, they are both professional, intelligent, polite, and have an easy going nature about them and will go the extra mile. The same can be said for the owners who are never to busy to stop and speak and ask if you have any problems.
