We live in PA and helped our son move into AVA this weekend. Had it not been for the property manager, Lynda Norman, helping us in so many ways with suggestions and guidance, I don't know what we would have done!! She was a true blessing! We had no clue of anything concerning Lebanon, OH and the surrounding area but she gave us so many tips and walked us through every process. Going over and beyond is an understatement and greatly appreciated!!!We rented the apt sight unseen and were so impressed with how clean and spacious it is. New carpet, paint....just perfect for our son's first apartment and job out of college. I can't thank Lynda enough! THANKS A MILLION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are over the moon happy with our entire moving in experience and the apartment is exactly what we were hoping for!
