I moved to the area for work and was only at American Village Apartments for 8 months until I was transferred again. But I must say I don't have any complaints. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and had new windows and VERY SPACIOUS. Never had to have any maintenance done. The only noise complaint would be neighbors slamming their door, but other than that not a problem. The grounds was always well kept. Towards the end of my stay new doors were placed at the entrance of the building which made it look very nice. No safety issues. The staff was great and helpful. They were understanding when I was transferred and I had to abide by my contract which I understand, but they helped me with getting what I needed and was honest with me. The owners called me and wished me luck on my career. I enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend American Village Apartments.
