I wish I could have give them NOT even a single star. Worst property & Mangement folks, Dirty Apartments (Few Examples). Here are my worst experiences so far that I'm struggling and chasing mangement folks on continued basis if someone could hear at leasing office. We moved in NOv 12, 2018 from MD, Leasing office showed me an Model apartment and told me that 2/bed apartment will be ready by end of October (1 week before our move in date). They took security deposit and other initial payments to start the leasing process. They had also given me rental lease document so i could started initial setup (Spectrum / Duke) ahead of time. On Nov 5th, I came to know the Apartment that they had assigned to me was not ready (1 week before our move in date) as current tenants will not vacate the said apartments sooner. My question to them was how could leasing office doesnt know about before they sent me signed rental leasing doc. Since my office & kids school (Mason Elementary) was near and we were moving from MD to OH, considered this leasing mis-management in good spirits and asked what Next!!. Leasing management now given me new apartment (on Paper) but they didnt showed me apartment at all. On Nov 12th 2018(When we moved in), I was surprised while looking at apartment ( Front Door was Broken, Apartment was stinking, Refrigerator was broken, Microwave was stickey, Carpets were so Dirty, Bathrooms Doors were rusted/broken and stinking( it sounds to me that someone left LUXURY apartment a day before or so. Immediately met with leasing desk & ask to come and see the unit (on the very first day) but they were not ready to come with me and told me that THIS IS THE ONLY LUXURY apartment they have, accept this ---- or go away!!! what the Heck- So i asked them (Politely) to return my all single penny and i will take my wife and kids to hotel (We moved from MD) & I will look at other aprtment and Sue you guys (For Sure). Surprisingly, Leasing folks said they cant return my money and later after 15 mins I have gotten a call from leasing desk that they had assigned wrong apartments again(2nd time!!! what the heck).. Now I have gotten 3rd rental lease paper on the same day when we movedin and new apartment has other bad stories and during all this trauma, old management folks fled and new management came in with beautiful smile. Aparently, the money (Security Deposit & Lease Sign) that i had paid through cheques was not on the managemen/property records that means My Security Deposit and Lease signing amount were stolen by old management folks. Fight is ON with new management from a month now, not sure how soon dust will settle down but Never come as this is over LUXURY property. I am also seeking help from Law offfices about these guys!!!
