I've lived at Stone Bridge going on 4 years. I don't think the staff turnover is any higher at Stone Bridge than any other complex, and they have always been very responsive to maintenance requests on the rare occasion that I have one. I'm not to keen on the quarterly "filter changes" as I think its just a reason to come into your apartment to check for lease violations. I also don't like the "pro-rated" system on the water bill. The grounds are well-kept and garages include remote access. Zoomtown broadband is SLOW but not the complex's fault. For apartment living, its a good deal and a nice place.
