After living here for six months, we are confident is saying we made a good decision in staying at Windsor Pl. At first glance- the grounds are well cared for, apartment buildings look large and relatively new, location is just a few blocks from Lake Erie (which is nice), and the land is wooded.

Karyn is efficient and friendly. She makes the move in process straight forward and easy. The office also allows residents to use a fax machine (incoming and outgoing) and a copy machine. You can always find freshly baked cookies and soft drinks at the office too.

The building maintenance is great- anytime we had a problem it would be fixed within one phone call with no questions asked.

The garage was a nice benefit that we usually used, but most residents do not. This leaves the parking situation tighter than you may expect, but I would not call it a problem. The garage door is not power and has no remote, this may contribute to residents not taking advantage of their garages.

Inside the apartment is great. We had a third floor unit which gives you vaulted ceilings. This made the living room seem large. The bedrooms are large; the master bedroom has a walk in closet and a wall closet. The washer and dryer is $25 or so extra per month, if you use the apartments. The unit has a laundry room. About 1050 total sq. feet.

Good luck in the search. If the location suits you, I would have no reservation in recommending Windsor Place.
