Austin Springs, at first blush, may look great. Once you sign the lease, you are bound and it is too late. The management staff, one older woman in particular, claims to be educated in apartment management. I never saw any evidence of it. The apartments are very cheaply built. The walls are not straight and if you live on the first floor, you can hear your upstairs' neighbors toilet flush. There is no lighting in the parking lots, which is not safe. The management does nothing about the myriad of goose droppings by the ponds and they still have not sodded some areas of the complex. The apartment is not worth the money. You can go to the new apartments in Centerville/Springboro, the Falls, for a better apartment and more professional staff.
