Noise level on weekends and nights are high. Sounds as if people are running down the hall. Valet service non-timely consistent pickup, excessive trash and cardboards on 3, 4, 5 continuously. Overpriced apartments compared with neighboring ones. Excessive garage fees if you renew. BEWARE!!!!!!

You can hear neighbors stomping above me 24/7. You can't sleep and there is nothing management can do about it. Good construction but bad thought process. Paper thin floors without carpet living above someone is not smart.

All staff are fantastic from office to maintenance. I would encourage anyone to move here. The building is always clean. Trash picked up at your door five days a week. And do not have to go outside in order to exercise or pick up mail.
