Three weeks into a second year lease of which the move in date was changed multiple times (three weeks postponed leaving us to put our entire houseful of things into storage while we waited) there have been numerous maintenance requests from day one. The main issue being the cooling system. When we were moving our things in on a 92 degrees day our THIRD floor apartment had the heat on and the AC was non-functional. They "fixed" it that day, but it wasn't fixed. So after three more calls over the course of three weeks I informed the office staff that I was beginning to get aggravated with the situation to which the very unprofessional manager ----, informed me that if I spoke to her office staff in that way again I would be evicted. ---- is the biggest issue for the complex, she is rude, discriminatory, unprofessional and clearly unfit for the job she is paid to do. If they could get her out I'm sure all of the complaints about management in the reviews online would be from a more positive angle. Overall I would not recommend anyone to sign a lease here. OH and because I told the staff I was beginning to become aggravated with the lack of cool air in a third floor apartment I received a lease violation notice informing me that because I was "disruptive" I could be evicted. So apparently the word aggravated is seriously offensive to the uncaring, incapable and deceptive apartment manager.
