Resident ā€¢ 2010 - 2016

The sign in the front says Luxury, but while these apartments are large, they are not luxurious. The appliances and fixtures are mostly original from when it was built over 15 years ago. In a time when communities are upgrading to stainless, these are still the cheapest and most unattractive appliances available. The washers and dryers provided don't usually work well. The general upkeep has dropped off over the last couple of years, and management is unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. Paperwork is lost, resulting in charges that should not occur. The workout room has stinky, broken, old, out of date equipment and is rarely serviced or cleaned. Carpet is the cheapest possible and the paint wipes off the walls. When I was shown this apartment, I was told that sound was minimal. This is also not the case. Management won't do anything about the noise. If you want luxury, this is not the place to live. It is definitely over priced and the location is terrible. The playground was removed, so with nowhere to play, resident's children play in the streets, often running in front of vehicles. Managements answer is to tell people to drive slower, not to provide a safe place for children to play. Do not move here if you are looking for something nice and worth what you pay.
