Thank you for your review, though I'm sorry to hear you've had so many issues at Dover Farms. We went through all open or recently closed work orders and can't seem to find any that fit your description of the smell coming from the refrigerator. We always do our best to resolve all issues in a timely manner (typically within 24-48 hours). Please resubmit a work order via Active Building so we can keep an eye out for it and track it. You can also stop by the office, give us a call at 440-582-8215, or email us at [email protected] to make sure it gets taken care of as soon as possible. We can also address any other issues you may have with your apartment as well. Regarding the snow removal, we did our best to keep up with the heavy snow that came recently. With the storm producing 1 to 1.5 inches per hour, there wasn't all that much we could do while it was snowing, but our team did what they could while it was still coming down then quickly worked to clear sidewalks and driveways once it let up. We did receive quite a bit of good feedback from residents, but if there are any areas that still need attention please let us know so we can address it as quickly as possible. We would like the opportunity to correct any outstanding issues you may be experiencing. Even if you do decide to move out once your lease is up the least we can do is make the rest of your stay with us more enjoyable.
