Walnut Hill Apartments

My daughter has lived in these apartments for almost 2 yrs. (if she could break her lease and not have to pay anything she would have been gone by now but she is stuck until May.) If you are considering moving into these dirty, noisy apartments, please think again. The management plays favorites with different tenants and one in particular that has lived in the apartments for 15yrs or so is allowed to have quite a few birds and animals in her apartment. She is also allowed to feed the wildlife such as racoons and deer and anything else that crawls up and out of the woods in the back of the property. Alot of these animals carry diseases such as rabies yet the management disregards this hazard and their own rules in the lease agreement and does nothing about this. Another thing they do nothing about is noise. Again, if you are one of their chosen tenants then be glad otherwise be prepared to receive complaints on a regular basis regarding noise even if you run the vacuum or play your stereo during the designated times around the time curfews that you have to follow. Even if you aren't at your apartment, you will come back and find a complaint hanging on your door. Parking is a joke especially if you want to have more than 1 or 2 people over. The garbage dump outside is unsafe and unlocked and be prepared to chase off racoons that hang out around the dumps. If you can afford something else than pass these up. <br>
