The staff here is not very helpful, and if anything goes wrong it is immediately the fault of the customer. Many questions or concerns are simply brushed off. The maintenance staff is friendly for the most part, but extremely slow and if the problem is anything more than a leaky faucet or changing an air filter, it will take even longer and probably more than one visit. There have been a lot of problems with the office staff losing packages and making mistakes with paying fees. The only upside here is the location relative to the university.
