I have no idea what all these other people are complaining about in their reviews, I have never seen any apartment complex that was totally quiet and clean at all times. No matter where you go you can find noisy and dirty people, as long as they can afford to live there. Being that Big Creek is on the pricey side, I could only imagine the trashiness of those in cheaper complexes. I for one chose a 2 bedroom townhome so that I do not have to worry about people living on top or bottom of me making noise, dirty hallways, buzzers, etc. I absolutely love the place, the office staff has never been anything but extra nice, the maintenance has always fixed things immediately, my neighbors are great and friendly, there is nothing I can complain about. The only thing that they could improve is getting rid of the weeds next to the shrubs. Woodberry accross the street is nice, but a lot smaller and pricier. We researched many apartments before we settled on this one, and this one was hands down the best in all categories. And water only costs $5 per month, no matter how much you use. Another great thing is that the apartment stays really warm, we pay about $50 (on the high side) in the winter for gas, can't beat that in a house. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
