My apartment itself is fine, I get my monies worth in comparison to other areas of Columbus I've resided. A couple of months after my move in I finally decided to open my patio door to enjoy the pond view. Later that evening I saw a huge centipede crawling on my wall and freaked out. Once I killed that one, on the way back to my living room I saw ANOTHER ONE. The following week I had them come out to spray which gave me comfort, until I saw another one a couple weeks later. It was hell. When I moved in I saw dead unidentifiable bugs along the baseboard in each room. I assumed they had gotten in while the previous tenant was moving out. But no, once I saw a centipede for the first time for myself, I knew that's exactly what it was and realized it was obviously an on going problem. Thier motto of "hassle free living" may work for some residents... But not for me. I don't feel comfortable in my own apartment.
