I would suggest turning around and not move here. I have noticed cars parked at the lake and they don't come out but you can see them passing items. I am afraid that the way the economy is going more illegal activity is being ignored at this complex. Manager has "no solicitation" signs up but that should be a private lake every morning you see trash in that area. Teenagers who have not learned to pick up after themselves and I have seen adults. These studios are not good. Very thin walls. You can hear anything and everything. I suggest if someone was looking for an apartment and you were still considering for it to be here to see it in the morning, evening, and night. Also come by when we have storms and heavy snowfall. I would highly suggest that to a tenant. No one wants to get involved in illegal activity no matter how many times I have brought it up and they chose to ignore. When it comes to moving and the time is right I am out of here as well. Management will hook you up on an apartment cheap and after time goes on rent goes up and watch your bills very closely for hidden fees. Most apartments furnish very little. Tenants who bring friends etc over they are not very considerate of privacy here. If you don't believe me, well just try your luck at this apartment complex you will eventually see how things are here and I agree with what is placed on this website. I also believe there are favorites who live on the premises. I believe this place has been under water or something because the floors are bad. The doors and windows are out of date. Personally I don't feel safe here.
