Been here since June '08, and am an experienced renter. The crucial difference at French Run and Crawford/Hoying Management, HANDS DOWN, is the 5-STAR staff. They simply give a damn! They listen and care about actually fixing your issues THE RIGHT WAY and the first time! That's unique by property management most everywhere. An atmosphere of "neighborhood" and closeness. I honestly attest to you: there are multiple times, say when I go down to the office to pay rent, or taking out some trash, or just hanging outside or walking to my car when there are NO ISSUES to speak of whatsoever (which is the norm), when Property Manager Vicky, MX or security personnel will spot me or any tenant and say "Hey!", or "Everything Okay?". There's a culture within French Run and Crawford/Hoying of feeling that you're actually appreciated, wanted and important to them...and YOUR issues come first before THEY getting their rent check.
