I have lived in this community for 3 years... And it sucks. They overcharge you for crappy apartments and they have 0 security. In the past year my vehicle has been broken into 3 times and my garage 2 times. They stole my wallet and other valuables from my vehicle and they stole my toolbox with about 7 grand worth of tools in it. Muirwood did nothing about it. Wife and I got covid and got behind on bills and we tried to call and work it out with them, but no I get late fees and an eviction notice and fee on my account. They don't care about you at all and they are super overpriced. Maintenance team is phenomenal and timely. But the only thing this place cares about is your money. Screw everything else.

I have happily lived at Muirwood Villiage for almost 2 years. The property manager, Heather, has always been quick in her communication with me and professional during my stay. My move-in was a little stressful (isn't it always?) as there were shifts in management at the time, but Heather was SO helpful and kind in the process. The intersection of Haddington Drive & Bennell Drive can be busy but I have NEVER experienced noisy or rude neighbors so that's more important to me! In fact, I LOVE all of my neighbors. I have made a lot of quality friends during my time here. I enjoy my updated/modern 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath garden apartment. The ceiling in the living room and kitchen is beautifully vaulted and the flooring is such good quality. My master bedroom has a HUGE walk-in closet. The maintenance team is usually quick to service me when needed. Anytime they need to work on things around the neighborhood, they are always courteous in giving tenants a heads up. They have had pizza parties and make tenants feel valued. One thing I wish Muirwood would add is a pool - it would be a complimentary addition but for me, its not necessary when choosing where to live. If you're considering Muirwood, it is a great affordable option and decent area near a lot of shopping. It is nice for families, too. There is a close park within walking distance. Overall, it's great!

The upgrades in the townhomes are so unique. I was referred by a few co-workers who live here. I have lived here myself for 4 months now and am so happy with my choice. The property is pretty hidden inside of a residential area so there is no traffic or noise. My favorite part is that I got a free garage! My last place it cost me $70 a month for a garage. and lets not forget the washer and dryer which is included, Really can't beat what you get for the price. No pool though but i never used the one at my old place anyways The second bedroom is kind of small but it's just me so that isn't really an issue. I love how the downstairs looks with the wood ceilings and wood floors it really pulls the look together. I haven't had any issues yet so i don't know how the maint. team is but i know when i first rented that they were about to go under new management! So far everything has been going well and I now that the weather is nicer I love having the private patio and can't wait to get some furniture to put out! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a small quite community.

I have lived here four years this month. Up until about three months ago, it was very quiet. My new neighbors, don't clean up behind their dogs. They have had the dogs out unleashed, and there is a sign posted, that dogs should be leashed. They ride the motorcycle on the sidewalk reving it up. I mentioned this to the office and sent an e-mail to corporate, no response from corporate, that was at least a week ago. If my rent was that late, I would have late charges and possibly face eviction. The grass was cut and left on the patio, so I had to sweep it off. It is time to move

I lived here . The apartment is not worth what they are charging. There is no central air, the summer time in these apartments are hell because of where the air conditioner is places. The rent they are advertising is in addition to $15/month for trash plus small electric for the garage plus water & sewer so that will run you about $40 dollars on top of the rent & trash. You're only paying for the "Reynoldsburg" address. Find somewhere else, more space for your money. The office staff is rude if you don't agree with everything they say.

I currently live here and will be leaving next month. It wasn't bad except in the summer when we had to sleep downstairs because there is NO central air and the summer heat is unbearable. They just increased my rent (if I were to renew my lease) by $30, but they have not updated anything in my unit just an increase to increase for only 900sq ft. These apartments are over priced ! You'll be paying because its a Reynoldsburg address. Again the apartments aren't bad, they come w/ Washer/Dryer in your unit which is a plus and garages. Oh and keep in mind the walls are paper thin you hear EVERYTHING just FYI. So there are pros & cons to each complex. These are just outdated some and way over priced.

Highly unprofessional office staff, questionable leasing practices, will swindle you out of money before you even sign a lease, and are careless with your personal information, to the point that I was notified of my status of approval by a third party, that's right, they called some else listed on my application as a reference to let them know I had been denied, and proceeded to try to talk THEM into submitting an application on my behalf, for an extra thirty dollars, telling them it would help me get approved, and didn't even bother to tell me I had been denied. I had to call them. When I contacted the office staff to try to understand why on Earth I had been denied(this is the first and only time it has ever happened) I got the run around about how their approval process works. After informing them what they were doing was illegal, the manager told me "she knew the legality, and was very sorry for the breach of information" If you are considering putting in an application because they have pretty light fixtures, SERIOUSLY go somewhere else, this company and complex are a bunch of con artists, they also falsely advertise the price of each property by at LEAST one hundred dollars. Please, please, please don't be fooled by this place like I originally was.

I chose to live her over several other places I viewed Mainly because I love the inside of the townhouses and how beautiful the updates look. I have been here for two months now and still find myself wanting to invite people over so they can check it out. I really love that it came with a washer and dryer because that is a deal breaker to me. Oh and I have a garage with it to which none of the other places i looked at had. Its pretty quiet and I have only had one maintenance issue and they came and fixed it the same day which I was really impressed with! I highly recommend a townhouse.

This place is run by crooks! They bill you a flexible rate times the number of people in your apartment for water, sewer and garbag. The maintenence service is slow and done only half a**. If you have a pet the will charge you for the pet even if you get rid of the pet, because you had it when you moved in. They will decidw mid contract to add a misc electric fee for the garage. Also an admin fee to mail the monthly statement, but you can not op-out of it. They are liars, as they will promise you one thing and not deliver. Iis not a safe neighborhood. They do not enforce any rules as far as hanging out in groups, or loud music or speeding. They also promise you a free gym membership and never have, and will not provide one. When asked, the office staff will make some excuse as to they are looking at other gyms. The office staff will also say right to you that they do not promise your safety. RUN. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I've lived at Muirwood for a little over a month and love it here! I'm on a walker and recentlly hurt my back. I called the office to ask them to come to my apartment to unlock my door, because I had no way of doing it myself (told them I had a strange request and they hurried over to unlock for me). I then called couple of days later to ask if someone could get my mail (no problem, came and got my keys). I have also had some maintence issues that they promptly fixed within 12 hours of request. I had one issue that needed them to do several things and I was given a schedule of when each thing would be address and they keep to schedule. I'm really happy so far with my experience here, the staff acts as if my lease is up next week and are happy and quick to resolve issues. Again they have gone over and above to help even when it is my physical limitations preventing action.

First off, we do not live here. A while back, we went here to check out the complex due to the good(ish) reviews and decent pricing. Our experience was less than stellar. As we drove through the neighborhood to get to Muirwood, we unmistakeably saw a drug deal not seven houses down from the entrance. So this put us on edge right away, but we continued. It's a small community and apparently they have updated many things inside the apartments. However, everything is still aged. The heating/cooling are out of date, too. We didn't get a "safe" vibe from this place (meaning we wouldn't be walking at night as we do at our current place), but this is our opinion and does not reflect the overall rating of these apartments. If you think this review is ridiculous, by all means, visit the complex and give them your business. We all have our views of safety and home.

I lived there for little over a year. I ended up buying out my lease. When I moved in my rent was $640 for a town home. Every month it just kept higher. I usually paid around $720. My water bill ran around $60/month. and originally we weren't even paying sewer but somehow it was added to our bill eventually. My apartment got bedbugs after the neighbors moved out and the office charged me over $1500 to get rid of them. When I asked about electric bill before moving in (as it's total electric) they never told me it never run $150/month. And that's with still be cold in in the winter (had to buy a space heater and usually had to have oven door open to get warm) and hot in the summer (their advice-sleep downstairs). I have no problems paying a high bill-as long as I'm comfortable and I wasn't. the neighbor dealt drugs out of his apartment and I told the management and nothing ever came of it. My apartment constantly smelled of pot smoke from the neighbors. Lots of domestic arguments throughout the night or music blaring.

The apartment rent was supoused to be 635, i never pay that much alwas close to 800, they will charge u. To pay the bills of a water break even if it happens in the street or another building, i hate this, cause they charge u watever and aay it was becouse of a. Water leak and all the residents have to share the bill! Even if u live blocks from the leak, they promised referal bonus and never did give the other resident the discount, allways said they still working on it!

Company just been brought out by Harriet & Stately Inc. A month ago and i have to advice all new renters that not only that office staff are unprofessional but don't know how to conduct themselves professionally. As soon as U sign that lease agreement they would be rude and they are forgetting that their payroll comes from all the tenants and they are also not friendly towards their tenants and they need to loose the attitudes. New tenants be advice that there hidden fees charge towards your lease and think twice of renting at this location.

love my home <3
I have been living here for 3 years. The management and maintenance staff has switched a lot,and I think this time the switch is great. The girls in the office are so nice, and the maintenance guys are great. I have great neighbors. And I have never heard of a bed bug problem in all the time that I have lived here until a couple from my job moved here,I think they brought them and I feel terrible for referring them. If I knew they were filthy,I sure wouldn't have. Thank goodness the property managers acted quickly to address the issue. This is actually a nice, quiet place. It's sad to see that some people can't be happy with that...

Great for the Price
I have lived at Muirwood Village for 3 years and have little complaints. I lived in one of the 2 bdrm flats for 2 years and now and signing another lease for my second year in a 1 bdrm. They have many ammenities including a great internet cafe, friendly office staff and maintence personnel and even a gym membership. For the price you can't beat living here, where great living is what they do! They also have a great group that really keeps the grounds up extremely well.

AWFUL.
I loved this apartment when I first moved in. It was cheap, the property manager was nice, and it was a quiet, safe place to live. Now it is the absolute opposite. I have had pending maintenance issues since December of last year, was served a threatening notice chock full of errors, have absolutely TERRIBLE neighbors and on top of all that.. they raised my rent by $140 next year. Save yourself the time, energy and frustration. do not live here.
