I live in the sixth floor and across from the Huntington. A lot of noice at night with the arena and a bar below me. I'm getting used to it though. Main issue is that when getting groceries, there is not cart or anything ever available to assist. Most of the time you are having to make multiple trips to get your groceries from your car to apartment and that is very annoying. On the plus side, the staff is friendly. Parking is never an issue but can be for visitors as there always seems to be an even going on and if they are charging for parking in the lot, you will have to preemptively bring a pass down. Also the facilities are new which is nice and laundry will all be on the first floor, which is good because most dryers don't work so maybe they will get new equipment. Other than those slight hiccups, it is a pretty cool place to live in a good area that is close to a lot of fun stuff. The apartment itself is nice. New appliances and pretty modern for an old building. I extended my lease, so take that for what you will.
