In August, we will have been living at Kingswood for two years and I honestly do not know when we will be moving because we are too comfortable. When my husband and I moved in, we fully expected to be saving up for a house to move into within a few years. People always tell us it is more expensive to rent than purchase however when everything is taken care of for us, I question that advise. Here you pay no city or school tax which is also a huge benefit and saves money. Living in a duplex makes it feel like a house, plus we have a basement and a garage.
The neighborhood is beautiful and is such a great location. The property manager, Nicole and owners are wonderful. We feel as if they truly care and if we have ever had issues, they have been resolved immediately.
If I had to give any critiques, it would be that they overall lack in amenities. I wish they had a dog park and a pool but we live close to Voice of America Park and belong to a gym with a pool so that is just nitpicking. Renting here is great if you are looking for temporary or long term housing.
