I've lived at Union Station for almost a decade and I've seen the revolving door of management and employees, and the lack of care through The Connor Group. The connor group made a lot of broken promises and agreements, even when we first moved in (such as promising the carpet in our unit would be replaced prior to us moving in, that however never happened but we were stuck in a he said/she said with a big company). Since Towne Properties has taken over, there's been a vast improvement. The front office is quick to respond with questions or complaints, and they are very thorough. I gave maintenance a 4 star rating because I've only dealt with them a few times but they've respected my request each time for 24 hour notice so I can put my dogs away - that is a HUGE plus. Noise is about average. I've seen the updates they are doing to the units and they look really nice and we were given the option to upgrade as well but we were planning on not renewing our lease so we chose not to, because when we move they are going to upgrade regardless and it'd be less stressful for all parties involved if no one resided there so they could just get it done. We are only moving because we purchased a home; otherwise we would have renewed our lease again. I enjoyed living at Union Station and would recommend others to live there, especially since Lydia and Towne Properties have taken over.
