Overall this is a nice apt complex to live. My family stayed here for a few months while we were house hunting, and it worked out great. The rent was the lowest in the area (that we could find), and the apartment complex is newer and well maintained. It helps that their lease terms are short too (3 and 6 months). This isn't the most well accommodated place to stay in the entire area (which is why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars), but you'll also pay a ton more for the other places. Take a look at the half dozen or so other complexes down Warner Rd and in the surrounding areas and you'll find that they are all at least $200 more than Caleb's Creek (per month). Some as much as $500 more per month. Here, you're 10 minutes to Easton and 15 to Polaris, with the UDF that is basically on premises. Probably the biggest cons about Caleb's Creek are the lack of parking (it gets to be a free for all at times), and the lack of any kind of grassy play area or walkway for kids. There are nearby parks and you can rent a garage (~$65/month) from the apt complex to combat both problems. This place worked out great for us. The leasing office staff is really nice and accommodating. They will call me directly about packages that are delivered and helped me with setting up utilities as well. I will definitely recommend the place to friends.
