he only comfort I have now is seeing that other people struggle with the same issues as me. This company is irresponsible and borderline negligent to it's residents. I have not had a working A/C unit for 3 weeks. I have called and put in at least 5 work orders. I have given up on getting it fixed. I did not have air during the heatwave that killed 6 people. I should count myself lucky to be alive. The staff is incompentence and generally disorganized. Twice while living here for 12 months have they lost my rent. They then proceeded to blame me for not paying and issue me a letter threatening eviction. I was once put on hold for over an hour. Worst yet, none of the staff seem to even bat an eye at an upset resident coming to talk to them. I firmly believe I could be in tears and none of the staff would care. I am currently trying to move into a new unit in the same complex. I have asked repeatedly if my move in date was July 29th; I was always told yes by the staff. Today I went to get the key to the new apartment only to be told my actual move in date was August 2nd. I now have to reschedule my whole life around the staff's incompetence. I can not begin to count how many times I have cried over my situation wishing for any glimmer of hope. I don't know how to describe this company but can tell you one thing for certain, they do not and will never care for you.
