    We enjoy the space of our apartment, and we love the unique layout. We don't often get a breeze through the windows, which is unfortunate, but overall our biggest complaint. We love the high ceilings, and tall windows! Everything has been wonderful so far.

      The community is very peaceful and quiet. The unit that I reside in is very spacious and overall clean and satisfying. The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. They were very helpful during the leasing process.

        I had a leaking refrigerator and dishwasher for one year before they were replaced. Landscaping is minimal and have had no mulch put down for 2 years. I had a huge pile of brush in front of my apartment when I moved in and it took 3 years to have it finally removed. Wild animals lived within the brush. Sunbury Rd is very noisy with all the trucks, motorcycles, and cars with no muffler racing down the road

          Great staff but rent is much to high for these apartments. Quality of buildings is fair but not energy efficient at all. Utilities are high due to poor construction of buildings and some issues we have been told cannot be remedied due to the way is was installed, washer drains freeze in all apartments I am tole causing overflowing drain.

            Wasn't here a week. The police was here 4 different times. I haven't been here a hold month. The apartment was half done. It appeared to be good. Looks can be deceiving. I have 40 or more pictures of crazy stuff. The office manager, words were: somethings don't bother people. Well I know, what should be excepted. And it bothers me. All this half but work fixing things. Was told to try oven cleaner. To Ignore cleanliness and properness of things is not right. To have taken her finger nail and scrape the door handle to show me that it could be clean. The over all was poor. The cracks and missing or hanging loosely things. Should have been fix. You paying higher rent and lt looks like messed up.

              1199 Whitney Lane.. every year I complain about the big bushes on the island outside our townhouses. It is difficult to pull out when you cannot see beyond the bushes and kids are playing here. As of this time they are still not trimmed, although they promise every year to do it the lawn s are taken care of. However, there is no mulch in the bed and the grass needs reseeding in many places. I would say landscaping is neglected. To me it is embarrassing to drive down. Bumpy Whitney Lane needs fresh asphalt however they only repair the holes. Landscaping in front of the ranch homes are weedy. Rent goes up every year of course, and yet they offer no improvements inside.

                For your own safety DO NOT rent at this complex, The property manager does not step foot on the property. The property managers direct contact with tenants is beneath her. The property is in constant disrepair, with large amounts of trash covering the ground. Just drive onto the kensington grove apartment complex and when your cars alignment is ruined immediately this review will be verified, The staff members of the complex will consistently incorrectly charge you and will be corrected by the regional manager over and over again. The police are called to the property on a regular basis for illegal activity between midnight and 4:00am The management does not understand that a lease is a contract and both parties of a contract are held equally to the contract. They may hold the tenant accountable to their portion of the lease but will not adhere to the landlords portion of the lease, nor do they thing they have to follow any laws set in place by the state of Ohio. The management staff is completely incompetent, unattentive , and has no work ethic, The life at kensington grove will be stressful and frustrating at best.

                  We lived here for 5 years. The best part of the experience were the last 3 years when new management took over. The take really good care of the property and the ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful. Chris is the Maintenance Supervisor and he takes such good care of everyone here. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house.

                    At first look, this apartment complex offers a great location and nice apartment layout. I feel that the walls were thick, so I wasn't bothered by neighbors. The people living here are friendly, and overall it feels safe. However, after several months here, issues arose. When Winter came, heating and electric problems surfaced and the maintenance staff disregarded my personal belongings as well as tracking mud through it, leaving the heat on 90 degrees, and leaving the lights on. When I brought up this issues, the staff denied this occurred and didn't provide compensation for the expenses that caused me. I don't feel respected or cared about. Also, be prepared for rates to go up 15% or $200 at your renewal. Had I known the rates would skyrocket, I would have chose a different location, so I wouldn't have to move again. I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking at these apartments.

                      My Wife and I have lived in a 1bedroom apartment for 2 years. Kinsington Grove is between the Columbus Colony and the Presbyterian Central College Church and it backs up to woods. You wouldn't know it was here. This is not your typical apartment complex. Since this community was built as Condos the soundproofing is very good. The office staff and maintenance crew are prompt and courteous. Inniswood Metro Garden and Hoover Reservoir is less that a mile walk away, there are many walking and biking paths close by.

                        Kensington Grove is a nice community with a very responsive Maintenance team. Our maintenance needs have been mainly addressed by Chris. Chris has helped us with many issues since my husband and I moved here about 5 years ago. He is professional, responsive and customer focused with a "bias" for getting things done. He listens before acting and making judgements. Chris, then resolves the issue quickly, unless a part or product needs to be ordered. When this occurs, we appreciate his empathy and follow up. This occurred after trying to fix our air conditioning unit a couple of times. We are pleased to reside in a complex where employees are committed to meeting customer expectations that are consistent with the goals of their company. Chris demonstrates this whether he's fixing a dripping faucet, a waste disposal, repairing appliances, responding to a furnace issue or any other maintenance problem. Additionally, we appreciate the diplomacy and tact Chris utilizes to provide the appropriate feedback after the resolution of a maintenance issue. Based on our experience, and what we've heard from others, we view Chris as a valuable asset to Kensington Grove.

                          I just moved in. Our new home was immaculate! I heard from one of the girls in the office, that the property manager is the last person to walk an apartment before people move in and she goes there with cleaning supplies, mop, broom, and vacuum cleaner to make sure it is perfect. I've never heard of such a thing! I had a few mechanical things that needed to be fixed and figured they'd get to me next week, but even then, it was done the next day. I'm very impressed with the staff so far.

                            With the freezing temperatures a few mice have decided to come in out of the cold and chose my house for their home away from home. I can tell you the maintenance guy responded right away, did a thorough walk through of my house to determine where they might be getting in at. He set up traps and wool and came everyday to check the traps. The manager has either emailed me or called me every single day to make sure what they did was working. I've read a few bad reviews and that has never been my experience with the property or the management. They are genuinely concerned about their residents and you always feel like your problem is their people. I have lived here 3 years and not going anywhere anytime soon.

                              My husband and I have lived here at Kensington Grove for 5 years and I can truly say that it just keeps getting better and better! We never have to worry about maintaining our place because the maintenance crew is always on top of repairs that are needed. We have plenty of room here in our townhouse- I'm sure there would be enough room for 4 or 5 people comfortably. Also we feel very safe and secure in this community- it is private and quiet all the time! Kensington Grove is an attractive community too. We are proud to show it off to our friends and if we ever get the opportunity we recommend it to people in need of housing. The best part about our community is the property manager and her terrific team! They truly do CARE about their residents- they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated. We hope to live here for many more years!

                                My husband and I reside in a lovely community called Kensington Grove and have resided here for seven years. Obviously, we are very pleased...but so are our neighbors! There is very little resident turnover. That is due to our quality of life. The grounds are pristine. Lawns are mowed...shrubs trimmed...snow removed! Maintenance is unbelievably prompt! The community is quiet! We love it!

                                  The Assistant Manager (-----) is very rude and unprofessional. I had inquired about living here and didn't hear anything back from them for over a week so I moved on with my search. Then suddenly they called me every single day wanting me to come in. When I told her that I wasn't interested based on how long it took them to call me, she made up lame excuses and basically told me that I was in the wrong. Very poor customer service and this woman was extremely rude

                                    This place has been good thus far. Moved into the 2b 2.5bath townhome about a year ago. Pros & Cons as such: Pros: - Maintenance is quick. My heater malfunctioned over winter. Fixed within an hour of my call. - Good neighbors. I may be just luck on this one, but my neighbors are pretty quiet. Have had no noise issues whatsoever. - Quiet area+ not many units. Though its on Sunbury road, unless you rent the ranch homes facing the road its peaceful. - Equipment and workmanship of home is decent. Nothing has fallen apart in my apartment, apart from my minor issue with the heater which was promptly fixed. Moreover nothing looks like it going to crumble soon. It's a pretty cozy apartment to live in. Location - Hoover dam is 3 mins run away, Kroger is 3 mins drive and downtown Westerville is 10 mins away. Electricity & Gas - Westerville electric & Columbia gas (for heat & stove). Unlike many places around, you won't be subjected to third part providers who tend to hike the rates.                                       Thank you for posting this on line review and we are excited you will be renewing your lease. Our Kensington Grove residents love the well constructed and spacious floor plans and do not want a community with amenities, which helps keep the community quaint & quiet. Having said that, our pool is a commercial size pool 1 mile down the street. It is not an over used pool so we hope when it reopens again, you will come use it. Fitness 19 is 3.4 miles away and is a really nice fitness facility. Like most communities we have a contract with a snow removal company and snow is cleared at 2 inches and then treated for potential ice. 2 inches is an industry standard. We offer free salt to all our residents in the event they would like to treat areas in conjunction with the professional service.

                                      Let me introduce you to the worst apartment complex in the state of Ohio. If you want terrible customer service, by all means, sign the hell bound contract at Kensington Grove. Their property manager will double charge you in one month and tell you it's your fault for not watching your bank statements to watch being over charged. Or she will gladly write a contract for move out that deals with laws and regulations for the state of California. The only way to even contact anyone about any questions seems to be when they send a collection notice to your front door because their manager started using a card that you haven't used since 2012 to make your rent payment for the month and not mention it. I have had it with these people and wouldn't recommend them to my most hated enemy. I have been moved out since September and I am still running into the same problems with these people, because they are to incompetent to take in anything that goes on around them, or how any business should run properly!

                                        I have lived at Kensington grove for a year and it has been a very pleasant stay. There are some pros and cons, and I will break it down here quickly. Pros: - Very quiet location. The community is between the Columbus Colony and the College First Church of God, and it backs up to woods, so there is VERY little noise if any from road traffic, construction, commercial, etc. You would never guess that it was an apartment community from first glance because it is so small and the buildings look like condominiums more than apartments. It's the kind of place I liked to invite my mother and father over to, as they are the type that get concerned that I'm staying safe and living in a good area. - The apartments are HUGE! 1100 Square feet for a 2 bedroom 2 bath was really nice, especially having a roommate!
