The office is very unresponsive. Constantly have to follow up before getting an answer. Weve lived here for 15 months and have submitted 17 service requests. Some were completed in a timely manner, others were not. The units look nice with the remodel but overall very poor quality and something constantly going wrong. To top it off, they are raising our rent by almost $600 and we just moved in 1.5 years ago.
