Resident 2012 - 2013

My husband and I found Crossings Village in an online search last year when we were moving from the US Virgin Islands to Ohio, and I'm really glad we did! We have nothing but nice things to say about this apartment community and it's wonderful staff. About the apartment: we rented The Princeton, which is a 2 bed, 2 bath unit with lots of living space and an in-unit washer and dryer. The rooms are bright and cheery and inviting. Noise-wise, the only thing we've heard in the past year were footsteps from our upstairs neighbor, and it wasn't bad at all. We couldn't hear talking, or tv's or any other noises with the windows and sliding door closed. About the community: the grounds are immaculate. Everything is well taken cared of; from the grass to the plants and trees. Because of the attention that the staff puts into the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, spring and fall are truly beautiful at Crossings Village. There's a lot to do within the community as well. There's a tennis court, a volleyball court, a gym, and an inviting pool. To top it off, food, shopping and entertainment is right across the street in Promenade and Crocker Park, which was perfect for us because we were new to the area and didn't want to have to drive too far to find things. About the staff: here's where Crossings Village really shines for us. Everything else is a wonderful bonus but what makes this place really special is the management and staff. Having wonderful grounds and a nice apartment means nothing if the staff isn't just as nice. From the very beginning, the property manager April made us feel right at home. If we had any questions or concerns she was always more than happy to answer our questions or give advice. While our stay here at Crossings we've had 2 maintenance issues, one with the washer and the other with the garbage disposal. Both times, maintenance came out the same day that I called and actually replaced both appliances with brand new ones. The guys are also really friendly and courteous, making it easy and stress free to call when something happens (as things tend to happen). This past winter was our first stateside winter. We'd never seen snow, or driven on it. Needless to say we were thrilled and relieved to see our driveway and the community plowed every morning and as needed throughout the day. Overall, our stay at Crossings Village was wonderful. We will be moving in a couple of weeks to another apartment community closer to my husband's job. If it wasn't for the commute we would have happily stayed at Crossings Village. We would highly recommend Crossings Village to anyone who's looking for a beautiful apartment community with a caring and courteous staff.
