There's good and bad. Rent continues to rise each year and it's pretty steep, but it's also in downtown Westlake and the staff that works here is amazing-both the leasing office and maintenance. It's a pet friendly community which is rare but no one cleans up after their pet...literally no one and there's doggie bags and cans available everywhere so I'm paying just as much as everyone else, while cleaning up after my dog and avoiding the piles from theirs. They do continue to add nice new amenities, and I've always felt safe here even at night, where I've also noticed people parking in spots that aren't spots, taking up multiple spots, even parking in the street, while I pay more to have a spot even though I could clearly park wherever I want without consequences. So as I said, there's good and bad here.
