This is supposed to be an Equal Housing Opportunity with Hanicaped availability apartments. I was told in order to live here a person's income had to be 3x the amount of the rent. Example, a one bedroom is $575 your income needs to be $1700.00 per month. In the town of Zanesville, having a disability you don't get no where near that. These apartments are on the old side. I was told electric runs high and Pipp which is a program that goes with you anywhere doesn't follow you there. Clearly they had no idea how that worked. Obviously she has one type of person in mind who she rents to. But she says it's not her making up those rules.

If I could, I leave a no star review! See other "Real" reviews. Windows are so bad management said put plastic on them! Electric bills are $500 per month in the winter months due to water heater being on 110% hot, windows that are paper thin and 40 years old, walls that are even thinner. I can hear the neighbor running water in the sink and flushing toilet. So much heat escapes the building that the screen door (which also will not open all the way) is continually soaked with water because of the poor insulation. The wallpaper job was a joke, was never trimmed and left hanging in several areas. You cannot plug anything into the outlets, they are so old that whatever you put in them falls out! Kitchen cabinets are all malfunctioning and deteriorated to the point they put kitchen tile under the sink on top of the makeshift bottom that was replaced with Oriented Strand Board, the cheapest plywood known to man (same with bathroom cabinet). Appliances are miniature and there is no microwave or dishwasher. Mold grows everywhere including the bathroom and the hotel heater/ac that sticks in the wall. Bathroom toilet is not level… See More>

Horrible, Old apartments, old appliances, old windows, expensive electricity bills (paid $500 electric bills in winter for a one bedroom). Bad managers ( husband and wife hard to deal with). Stay away. It is just old mobile houses connected together and priced as if an elegant apartment. I will not recommend for my best enemy. I am living happily in another newer elegant community for the same price. My electric bills now are much much much less

Have lived here for 8 years, the only thing good about it is the convience, the electric bills have become outrageous, almost as much as rent. The apartments are not insulated, the furnaces are heat pumps , do they are useless below 32 degrees, the management is more concerned with landscaping than fixing anything. We are moving after we got the last electric bill

Absolutely love this place. I have lived here about 16 months, they respond quickly to maintenance issues, take care of the grounds, recently outside was painted and maintenance staff is very friendly. Had a tenant who had recently done some damage to the sewage system in my building twice, intentionally, and he is now be evicted. For me it is centrally located for my job and shopping and is safe and quiet.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. The rent is a bit expensive for what you get. The office staff has always been helpful and nice. Maintenance could be improved. They are quick to respond to any needs, but it usually takes them a few times to fix the problem The closet doors often fall off, and the wallpapering could use improvement. The grounds are well kept and mostly quiet. The apartment itself isn't that bad to live in. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of storage room. The closets are all decent in size. The area is very pet friendly. The neighbors are friendly as well. Good for a starter apartment but not recommended for long term stay.

The maintenance man was extremely rude and screamed and cussed in my face. When I told the apartment manager she informed me that he was her husband and that is how's he has always been. The apartments were over priced and very outdated. The wall paper was falling off the walls and the kitchen cabinets were falling apart. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy.

This is absolutely the worst place that I could have picked to live. The management is not friendly, and they seem to think that they have superiority over you. The maintenance is horrible as well, they don't fix anything. Everything is outdated, the shower head leaks everywhere, the toilet leaks every single time you flush it, there are bugs everywhere, the waterlogged laminate floors in the kitchen and bathroom are absolutely disgusting to walk on, there is a gap between the ceiling and the walls, and 400 dollars for a shoebox studio apartment in Zanesville is way too much. If I were you, I would find a different place to rent.

I didn't like living here at all. At first it was fine but after they got all new staff it was terrible. We were very quiet people and the office lady and maintenance guys were rude to us on a couple of occasions! The kitchens and floors were extremely outdated (at least in my apt.) My carpet had stains all over it when I moved in. It's of course not the worst place to live, but I wouldn't live there again.
